Ok, I can already feel the pounds adding on to my weight, Labbit is in disbelief that I’m hungry every 2 hours. It’s 2320hrs in Melbourne and after a day of two airline meals, brunch at Mario’s (on Brunswick St), dinner at Lygon with dessert at Koko Black, I am now hungry again.

I feel more like a tourist back in the place I call my second home, than a familiar resident hanging out at local haunts. The place I once was planning to move to, has become the familiar-unfamiliar country, I’ve forgotten the street names and walk around with a map in my hand. I gaze at some familiar places with less nostalgia – the places that once excited me become ‘Oh ya, this place. Okay… move along’. And stare at other places, with an inquisitive eye.

Perhaps it is only Day numero uno, let’s see if it’s just the jetlag from the flight… XD
