Late July we escaped to the waters around Tioman on a weekend live-aboard for some diving, again. I just love being outdoors in the sun or in the water and I’ll take any excuse to head out. I can’t help with all the Lost TV show references, don’t we wish we could all disappear and get lost every once in a while?

I’ve been asked a few times which camera I’ve been using for these panoramic photographs. These were shot on a Lumix LX1 – the 1st generation of the 16:9 ratio chips made by Panasonic. The latest model of this series would be the LX3, which I’ve seen really great samples from – low noise in low light and much better colour renditions. Buy! Buy! Buy! Well, but for now I’d much rather Dive! Dive! Dive!
